Canceled tracker on the vehicle.
I am not getting any help since from Tuesday.i call customer care and i am always put on Hold saying they experiencing many calls. I have did a unit replacement on the vehicle but they didn't change the registration number to the new vehicle HY81WRGP. I got the email saying the tracker was canceled (FVR518GP) BUT it only needed to be updated.
The tracking device that need to be canceled was XHL572GP. ContactID : ***7
KINDLY urgently assist. So now i got an email saying they cance
