Canceled account handed over settled yet they still debit

What a bunch of *********** uninformed unhelpful bunch of staff including management. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with, their staff will Harass you Daily with calls that keep dropping the moment they get your DOB, sent numerous emails which they never bother to respond to. They call and say calls are recorded give you a specific price yet they take more money than agreed to on the phone, hand you over to MBD that’s just as useless with customer service they sent a settlement letter I paid my payment has not been allocated to my unwanted account. They are still debiting my account since receiving a confirmation of cancellation since July 22? We are now in April 23 yet Daily I get calls with no one responding to my emails , their management is just as terrible they don’t take any accountability they are a **** that *****s your money n joy.
