Cancelations - Impossible at Mix Telematics
I have started a new thread as it seems to be the only way to get response from Mix Telematics.
I loaded a complaint in July 23 regarding the challenges one faces when trying to cancel. I was contacted the same day by Mix Telematix and was promised it would be resolved. Now in September i get a notice on a Saturday that i have now been handed over and it has been reported to credit rating companies.
What does one need to do to cancel ?
