CANCELATION PROBLEM
My contract ended and i cancelled the month-to-month service when my device stopped working and i notified them and they didn't do anything about it for over a month. i never received feedback on the device or the cancellation. They continued to debit my account until i stopped the debit orders, now they're demanding payment of areas.
They keep threatening to hand me over and put me on ITC, which is not legal for a month-to-month service and ********* considering that the device was not operational for months! I've contacted their collections department to remedy this matter and referred it to the Ombudsman’s Office.

14 Dec 2022, 11:46The Agent confirmed that the tracking device was not functional on 22 August 2022, no contact has been made to fix or replace the device to date. I cancelled the contract at the end of August and the noticed period was served in September.
The amount in arrears is for October and November, months that I did not even have a functional device, the agent advised that because I did not follow up on the matter continuously, I was liable for the amount. Following up on people to do their job is not in the service agreement.
