Cancelation of service
I have canceled my service with Matrix in November 2021.They deducted my account in December saying the 30days notice for cancelation. I'm still receiving invoices todate yet i received a confirmation email in February that my service has been canceled. Today i got an sms saying my account has been handed of to pre-legal department. I called no one was available to assist me, told they will escalate the query. It's been 5months now struggling to cancel my service with Telematrix and this is frustrating because it affects my credit record....
