Cancelation of my contract
I called in to cancel my contract with mix telematics. I was told to put it in writing and I wrote an email to them got a reference number But no one attended to me Instead I got an email with my outstanding balance. But they are failing to attend to my request
Ur service is pathetic and disgusting U don't even answer ur calls it takes more than 30 minutes to get through
Pls cancel my contract
