Cancelation of Beame

I contacted Mix Telematics in February 2021 trying to cancel my contract with them because my car broke down and cannot be fixed, they made me wait on the line for over 45min but never came back to me, I have made several calls and evantually one of the consultants sent me an email that I could contact to cancel my contract, I have sent 2 emails to the cancelation department but I'm still receiving messages stating that I need to pay for their services. I'm very disappointed in the team and calling them is a futile exercise.
