Cancelation nightmare

I have cancelled my contract in june in writing sending proof of payment for cancelation. Since then i received n number of mails and smses threatening me with ITC. After receiving every sms i have phoned and the accounts promised it wont happen again. Next month same story. This morning same sms same story they acctually said i was in advance with R270. They again promised it wont happen again. Five minutes later sms and email. I have asked the callcentre in accounts to get a peraon in charge with accounts to call me because they are not allowed to transfer my call. Bullock But now i understand why the indians do what the leaders are doing incompetence from top to bottom.
