Cancelation attempts futile

Like many reviews on this mafia's review page. I would strongly advise against signing up with Matrix/Beame.

I've sold one of my vehicle's in 2024 and requested to cancel. Customer service is non existent. I've tried contacting on multiple platforms to no prevail. Yet the collection department can contact me with regards to deductions(which they schedule on dates not agreed to by customers/hostages) The people working at collections department cab confirm they see mu requests for cancelation yet are unable to do anything about it. It's now been nearly an entire year and I'm trying to cancel both vehicles signed up with this horrible service provider.

If I could give less that one star I would.
