Cancel your track

Early this i installed tracking device at tsakane mall, ekurhuleni. I was told that the panic button will be delivered to me in few weeks and nothing was delivered. I tried to call customer care but there is always a high volume of calls. I left messages and no call was returned to me till this day. Its been 4 months now of waiting. I decided to reverse monthly installment hoping that they will call me to find out the problem why im not paying but they never did and with hope that if they can call i will able to raise my concern. I sent an emails and i was rep**** that if i want to cancel this subscription i must pay penalties. And i dont understand why because they didnt give me full service that i was paying for.
