cancel the policy

I have a problem with Matrix they do not want to cancel the policy I have with them. I canceled in February and I keep on getting messages and calls that I am with them and they debit. When i called they assured me that the policy was canceled. The last consultant I spoke to was rude and promised to call and still I haven't received a call from her.
