Cancel the contract please, do not deduct money on the 1st of March
I paid the cancellation fee and sent the proof via email on the 9th of February 2022. I have not heard anything from them, no call back no email. They want to come back and tell me that it is too late to stop the debit for the 1st of March. I am canceling their services and I don't want them to deduct money from my bank account on the 1st of March 2022. Cancel, I am tired of dealing with this company, really.

It is just confirming the cancellation. I don't want you to turn around and say it was too late to stop the debit order for the 1st of March.
