Can not track my car

I have not be able to track my car for the whole month of april just because my contract is ending this month so matrix people decided that they will debit my money and no give me service according to a contract,they are ****** my app will say log in success but not giving anything that i am through live tracking til today and they debit me R282 taking my R2 from an amount of original debit
