Unreliable service provider stay away.
You double-debited my account, it’s called theft, you have no authority to debit my account as you like. I called in and was met with sarcasm and blatant disregard for the concerns I raised to Lesego Kalape, while trying to explain why the double deduction was unwarranted and why this has led to me cancelling my contract with them. Lesego Kalape reports to Lethohononlo who then reports's to Barry.
A half is still way too high
