broken tracking systems

the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing alot of problems with the tracking problem. from getting notifications that my car is driving in the parking when the car is stationed. to activating the early warning and when I look again its been deactivated. if I didn't know better than these people are actually setting your car up to get ******. many of the other requests I put in get pushed away and completely ignored.

please advise as to how I can cancel cancel and remove this stupid thing from my car.
