Breach of contract

Hi. My contract has ended and got a call offer that I will only be paying R199 from now on with same benefits. However i got debited R311 this month. I would like to understand what's going on please before I take my money somewhere else. Can take calls only between 12:00 and 12:45 because of work unless you call after 5pm.
