Blacklisted unfairly by MiX Telematics

I cancelled this service initially on the 03 August 2020 and I was informed of the outstanding term of which I obliged and finally cancelled more than a year later on 01 December 2021 and a conformation email was received as per email below.

I don’t understand why I am now being continually harassed & handed over as per below messages: Dear F.T. MOSOEU, Please note that your Matrix\Beame\MiX Telematics account reference ***, with arrears balance of 203.37 was submitted to the credit Bureaus. This will affect your credit score. Your account will further be handed over for Legal process on the 26th of February 2022. Payment can be made into FNB Acc *** . To make alternative arrangements please contact ***

I have honored all my debit orders but today I was contacted by lawyers acting on behalf of Mix Telematics. I initially contacted them on the 12.09.2022 and emailed them all the proof that the account was terminated in writing by both parties after a long time of back & fourth:

This is the worst car tacker I have ever come across!!! Imagine being blacklisted for R203 when you have honored your contract and even went beyond their term!!!
