Blacklisted incorrectly
I stopped my subscription with them after 4 years, as I sold my vehicle. I gave them the required notice, and they still tried to take the debit order. Even changed the amount. I had to contact my bank to stop their continuous attempts to take their premium. Since that has not been paid they blacklisted me after more than 5 months. This is unacceptable, as I do not own the vehicle anymore after 6 months, as I followed the steps to stop their service.
