BLACKLISTED AFTER PAYING CANCELLATION

These people are a bunch of ******!!!! First, their agent sold a false product to us. I paid the settlement amount requested from me and got a confirmation email. The next month, they tried debiting my account!!!??? Been monitoring my credit report and saw that their account still said opened, I called them and asked why and they said to me that they have closed it and it should not worry me, this is in August. Imagine the shock I got on Friday when my score dropped, checked why and these people say i owe them and I have been blacklisted!

You people have ****ed up my life, fix it now!
