Billing me for two vehicles

Hello Peter,<br> I started having an account with Telematics for car tracking in 2014 when I bought a Chevrolet utility bakkie. In 2015 October I sold the Chevrolet Bakkie and notified Telematics that I have sold the vehicle and that I bought a Ford Ranger vehicle and asked Telematics to fit the new vehicle with a tracking device. I was told that there is no need for me to pay a cancellation fee as I will remain their customer. To my surprise in January 2016 they billed me for two cars i.e. Chevrolet and Ford Ranger. I called them and sent them an e-mail requesting them to rectify this issue. Later in the week on the 15th February I received a call from one of their Agent asking me to pay R299 for cancelling the Chevrolet of which I di and sent them a proof of payment to their accounts department, and they acknowledged it. To my surprise today the 25 February I am still billed for two vehicles. I am totally disgusted by their conduct and I have reached a stage where I just do not want anything to do with them. They are ***** and not trustworthy!! I will not advice any friend or family member to have their service!!
