Billed for non-functional service and ignored when requesting cancellation

have been trying to cancel my account for months with no success. My tracker has not been working, yet I am still being billed for a service that does not function. Despite sending several emails, I have received no response — all my messages have been ignored.

When I called, I was transferred multiple times and kept on hold for over an hour. When I finally spoke to a consultant, they were extremely rude. I raised my voice only after being spoken to disrespectfully and in a condescending manner, after which the consultant ended the call. The consultant also claimed that my one-digit error in the customer number caused another person’s account to be cancelled, which makes no sense since my ID number, and vehicle registration clearly identify me.

This entire experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. My account remains active, my tracker is not working, and I am still being billed for a service that provides no value. I urgently request proper assistance and confirmation that my account has been cancelled.
