Billed but account not found

<p>My car is fitted with a Beame tracker and I requested a Beame protector via the app on my phone which was approved immediately and currently paying for it. </p> <p>I have been registering a fines assist claim on the app for the past 3 months but I've never been called back. I contacted the 0 ********** 31 number and was told my account can not be found,further investigations wil be done and I would be called back. I am still waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I can not be helped then please cancel my subscription and give me my money back because according to you, I don't exist and so the monthly payments billed for the service should not exist either. I am very dissapointed that I have to resort to Hellopeter where as it was simple and painless to get the Beame protect. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
