I installed their Beame product via my insurance, which was sold on month to month, I sold my vehicles in April 2021 already and called to cancel both vehicles and emailed, on vehicle was cancelled and one not, I have done follow up calls and emails from April 2021 to date and they not canceling.

Today I get a cancellation settlement of R900+, and I refuse to pay for this as I have sold the vehicle in April 2021, I have offered to pay 50% of the offer to close the account, yet everyone at Mix telematics is so greedy they refuse to do so even though they haven't provided me a service since April 2021.

If my offer is not accepted I will take the matter further legally, as I will not be bul**** by incompetence and total disregard for client services.

Don't take on these people's product through insurance, or at all for that matter
