Biggest mistake I was use Telematics tracking devise

I have been struggling to get assistance from Telemetrics. they have installed a tracking device on my bike but its not working, it has now been weeks calling them asking for help but its either they don't answer their phones or they tell me that someone will contact me. what ever you do, never use these services, they are terrible. With this kind of service you can just know that if my bike was to be ****** it will not be recovered.
