Being double debited and still no refund

I had an upgrade done on 1 car and I decided to have another device on the second car. I was called almost every day to bring my cars for fitment because they wanted sales and it never bothered them. Firstly the device that was on my car was taken without me approving by the technicians. I was not around when they did that upgrade and hence I could not stop them from taking it. On the 1st Oct I was billed for 2 new devices and the 3rd one that was taken when they did an upgrade. I've been in communication with Matrix ever since and I spoke to Thato, Jane, and Siga. It's been over 5 weeks that they are refunding me and every time Potsana Ramashala will call me and she never calls. Jane again confirmed with me on Friday 20th that I have been paid which is a lie. I'm so tired with this kind of service from anyone and if you don't want my business I can take it somewhere else. I want my money today and will never wait for another Friday. I did not make a mistake and I will not live by your rules after you cheated me for no reason.
