Being ****** and harassed for canceled policy

I canceled my policy in Novemeber 2024. I paid all amounts owing including the month I canceled I received an email to say the plan has been canceled with immediate effect. Then I received calls saying I'm owing for Decmeber, and I asked how because I canceled the policy and don't even have the vehicle anymore and they couldn't explain and asked me to send the email where I received confirmation of cancellation and I did. Yet they kept sending me emails that I was owing for Decemeber. So out of irritation and feeling harassed I paid that amount as well and sent pop. January 2025 I received another email saying I'm owing for January. I'm tired of this harassment and back and forth and being downright ******* at this point. This needs to stop
