Beamy tracking system not working

This tracking company is to be avoided at all cost. I had their Beamy system installed 2 month ago and to date the system has not worked, but I have to pay. The Beamy system has been replaced and still not working which defeats the object of having these systems. The company doesn't seem to have units that operate continuously and I drive my vehicle daily and therefore need a system that works 24 7. I have cancelled my contract as I do not trust that I will be paying for a system that works and when my vehicle is stollen it will be too late to find out the Beamy did not work. I have therefore lost two month’s worth of fees and got nothing in return. I had to speak to a supervisor at the call centre directly as it seems the call centre system does not work properly either. You will call be placed on hold for about 6 min every time and then get cut off, maybe it is because you indicate that you want to cancel your contract?
