Beamie service is not the best

Personally I am not happy with the service from beame my units battery died months ago,and yes as per contract I do understand I was at fault for not calling every month to check if my unit is still functional..but yet again from the month of November 2021 after I found out that my units battery is dead up until end of February I have called a number of times with no luck of getting through to consultants who can assist me, yet wen I call the sales department those guys pick up and tell me they will inform the department I am looking for to give me a call back..and yes they never call me back..so how am I supposed to call every month to check on my vehicle when a company is clearly overwhelmed with calls..The only time you are able to reach them is when youu want a new device or you are in arrears on your account..in hindsight its my fault for not checking the reviews before I signed up because honestly after reading the reviews I have not seen anyone who is happy..Andile ***..
