Beamie pricing is as low as the service is TRASH

I’ve had nothing but headaches since the get go with my Beamie Unit. Scheduled fitment was constantly being rescheduled over and over again until it was finally done after I had to beg for it. The debit orders are erratic and don’t coincide with the agreed upon debit order date. There’s always an sms requesting payment for an odd amount well after the debit order has gone off and cancellation seems almost impossible… it apparently can’t be done telephonically and the emails appear to only be checked once a month as it’s been a week since I requested cancellation via mail. I’m not happy and I don’t think anybody else would be. There’s a reason why the big names in the tracking business cost more and why they have better customer retention. Hard pass on Mix Telematics and Beamie.
