Beamie... not as wonderful as they claim to be...

Last week Friday, I tried to cancel my Beamie device with Mix Telematics. The customer care lines for both companies only rang, so I left my name and number as they requested. I then immediately also sent an email stating that I sold my vehicle and don't need the device anymore. No-one responded to call or email. It has been a week now - and still, the lines for customer care is useless!! I even tried the option for when your vehicle got ******... and no answer...

I phoned one of their smaller branches and they supp**** a number that goes to H/O reception directly. The person at reception also did not have any answers for me. Only took my number and promised that she will get someone to phone me back.

My debit order went off now, so I am paying for something that I am not using anymore.

I want my money back and this thing canceled! Otherwise I will make sure everyone I know, will never sign up with Mix Telematics or Beamie
