Beamie debiting accounts ********ly

I sold my car over a year ago. From July 2020 they started debiting my account. I’ve sent emails and spoke to people in their office to cancel these debit orders. Now again they’ve debited my account for August. Useless call centre, useless accounts department. They say their contracts automatically renew every 36 months, well they need to update their system and stop bothering people no longer in their books.
