The fact you can't find my ID NUMBER to re-register on your app says it all. Call center person wanted me to give my car location WHEN IT'S YOUR JOB TO KNOW!!!!! What and why have I been paying for an insurance compulsory service that's non existent. Absolutely DISGUSTED.
