Beami cancellation - upaid refund

This company does not value its customers. A simple thing like trying to cancel the Beami subscription, since I sold my car and to get refunded for the remaining 2 years - I was told two months ago that the dealership would be refunded (pro-rata amount still not calculated) on my behalf, this has not happened while my emails get ignored by the same consultant...very frustrating and ********* practice...no engagement no feedback.

Today is the beginning of February (following year) and I have yet to receive any feedback from this company. This is ludicrous how customers are taken for granted by Mixtelematics. My refund has still not been paid.
