Beame's Pothole Assist is a **** - update - 7 months now, still no feedback as advised on first review and claim

First review below, no feed back. Called to cancel, get told I must adhere to THEIR terms and conditions of cancellation, but they cant even adhere to their own terms and conditions on the pot hole assist they happily sold me. I have asked and asked for this device to be removed and to be told THEY need notice? I have not had notice since February!!! When will a senior person start getting involved here?

I will ask the police about a case number now.

I hit a hole on 25.01.2022 which damaged my tyre behond repair,I had to purchase a new tyre,I contacted Mix Telematics who sent me a list of things to do, to start the process. There was alot of paperwork to fill in and provide including a police affidavit, which I did.16.02.2022 it was sent by mix digital legal department to JRA. I followed up with legal and I was told it takes 3 months. I followed up again in May and was told that I now need to provide proof of purchase of the original damaged tyre, how can I possibly do this when it was bought BRAND NEW from the dealership with four TYRES ON! Each tyre has the same serial numbers as I had to keep it in my garage for assesing, they keep asking me for this proof of me buying the tyre that has the same seriel numbers as the other three tyres, how do I do this? Ask the factory who made this car for the proof of payment for these tyres? Everytime I explain this to someone that when you buy a car BRAND NEW CAR it comes with 4 tyres, or when you look at a car in a show room it is not on bricks!!! They keep asking me for this and saying it will result in my claim not being done. I then get told they want the offer to purchase contract for this vehicle, which I sent 13.05.2022 and still no response!

This is a ****, you take our money, sell me a **** policy as you make it impossible to claim and you make impossible demands that make no logical sense so as not to pay out when all the documents and pictures were done.

I want this account cancelled with immediate efffect, Beame can come get their tracking device out of my car, the car belongs to the company who made it and they can also ask for it to be taken out of their private property that was bought with 4 tyres on by me, as I will be going with another tracker company and I have taken proper tyre insurance now.

This account is terminated, come and get YOUR device out of my car and cancel the policy with imeddiate effect, and remember the damaged tyre is still in my garage as I was informed to keep if you still believe its not the original.
