Beame/MiX Telematics Africa Pathetic

One can never get hold of anyone at the call centre. Thye never call back. I've been trying to cancel one of the tracking contracts for a car that has been written off in April 2021. The contract has never been renewed and its been running for over 3 years. So should be on a month to month basis. Responses to emails are erratic and only get responses after a week if you lucky. They keep sending a cancellation note with exorbitant amounts. I've been trying without success to get an explanastion. Then i have 5 additonal contracts and to date no one reponds with more information on these contracts. Really pathetic service and i do not recommend Beame/Mix Telematix to anyone. Try for your self to call their offices or call centre. You will NOT get a response.
