Beame Telematrix is a ****, they make it difficult to cancel membership

I have had a Beame Telematics Unit since 2015, tried to call the to cancel my membership. I was asked to write a letter to and state reasons for my cancellation. I did that and I was told that my contract is within the contractual period and cancellation will only be done on the 29th of December 2024. I wrote an email asking what do they mean I am within contractual period because I have had this unit since 2015. I never got a response. when I try to call their customer care centre my call is tranfered to the cancellations department but nobody answers. this company is a ****, don't even think about using them. Netstar is very proffessional unlike this company. Sizwe ***.
