Beame ridiculous service

Sold vehicle, tried to get tracker installed on new vehicle. For 2 days straight, I spent over 4 hours on the phone with luck getting through to an agent. Finally got through only to be cut off mid way through the conversation with no call back.

Seriously if this is the way they carry on with service I doubt I want to continue in this process
