BEAME, Mix Telematis: A ****!!!!!

One star is too much! Worst service ever! Had a Beame tracker installed during 2018 and reported it not to work after a few months. A technician was sent to my work and he "fixed" it. Too my dismay I found out a few weeks ago that the system has NEVER worked. This was reported to the company via their Whattapp channel and I was called by a technician that informed me that I had to take my vehicle to a fitting shop so they can have a look at it. My problem however is that I have been paying for a system that has never worked after I was told by the original technician that it was fixed. No one has made any effort to contact me with any explanation for more than two weeks. Stay away from Beame and Mix Telematics!!!!!!
