BEAME (MIX TELEMATICS) VEHICLE TRACKING DEVICE

I have two Beame's (Vehicle Tracking Devices), one in my motor vehicle and one in my motor cycle. On Thursday 12 March 2020, I spoke to a lady (customer care line) for Mix Telematics, who are part of Beame? I asked her to check the Beame in my car, she reported that it was NOT WORKING!! and that I would be contacted within 24 hours - WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED!! I requested a reference - was told that it would be messaged to me - DID NOT HAPPEN!! I then asked to have the bike checked? NEVER HEARD OF THE ADDRESS GIVEN!!
