Beame Mix telematics not to be trusted

Beame Mix telematics is a tracker company that that focuses on getting clients but doesn't serve the interests of their clients. I was a client of Beame Mix telematics. I sold my car and bought a new one. I sent them an email to inform them. They kept on sending accounts that charged me every month. I used a customer care email address that they said they didn't receive my email from. To cut the long story short I paid the amount to the tune of R1 800 in 2020 despite the evidence of my emails to them . I called them to email me a paid up letter, they kept on promising me that they will send, up to now I'm still waiting for the paid up letter. In my credit bureau profile it reflects that I'm still owing them and it's still active. I'm so disappointed and tired of calling them for the paid up letter. This is a company that I regret being their client. I don't encourage anyone to be a clients to this so called beame MIX telematics. They are only interested in money than giving their clients a good service.
