Beame (Mix Telematics): impossible to cancel and only works intermittently

I have been trying to cancel my Beame subscription for over a month now and despite multiple calls and emails, I have not managed to get any response or acknowledgement of my request out of Mix Telematics. In addition to this, the Beame tracker which I was paying for on a monthly basis was non-functional for a number of months and I had to point this out to them rather than being alerted by Mix. this feels like a service provider who has a cushy relationship with insurers who require the use of their product (Outsurance in this case) and who don't feel like they actually need to serve their customers because of this. I would not use them again.
