BEAME / MIX TELEMATICS - False sales & NO help!

i received a call from an agent on 9 July, letting me know i have officially paid off the device & he can offer me a package for R100 per month. Previous installment was R67, so i thought that was worth it if i am paying a bit more but getting more out of it. Confirmation email came through at almost double the discussed price & none of the details had been updated (which i sat on the phone for an extra 20 minutes updating everything. Responded immediately that there was a problem. Between then and now i have spoken to SEVEN agents, including a "manager" who promised to have the installment fixed and resolved immediately. Almost 2 months later i am no further than i was on the first enquiry. NO ONE at the call centre can help me. i refuse to pay anything as the amount is not what i agreed to. Yet again, i am waiting.... for a MANAGER to call me back.......
