I have never received an answer. Phoned numerous times, hung on for 30/40 minutes at a time. I wont repeat all my previous comments as to all the problems with this company. I received an answer via Hello Peter on 17th June,

Today I have received this sms. DEAR J ELLIS YOUR MATRIX/BEAME/MIX TELEMATICS ACCOUNT *** IS IN ARREARSDUE TO UNPAID PREVIOUS DEBIT ORDERS. THIS SERVES AS NOTICE TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR DEBIT ORDER SUBMISSION ON DATE WILL BE CHANGED TO A MORE APPROPRIATE DATE. FOR ANY QUERIES RING ***.

IN THE MEAN TIME ALTHOUGH I INFORMED MY BANK TO CANCEL THIS DIRECT DEBIT THE UNDERMENTIONED AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.
