I emailed this company in March and received case number ***2. I have never received an answer. Made numerous phone calls, hung on for 30/40 minutes at a time. Resent the email still awaiting a reply. On 13th June noticed they were still taking money from my account so sent another email, got another case number. spent most of yesterday phoning them but to no avail. Not once did anyone answer. I have had this tracker since October 2016 and not once has anyone phoned to try it out. I have to say I am so glad i am moving away from all of the problems of trying to get something done in this country. i would suggest that you find a better and more customer friendly company to use.
