beame misleading people

I am really disgusted with the service we received yesterday,our car was ****** at Maponya Mall yesterday and when we called beame for assistance with relocating the car we were told that the car was last seen at dube 20 mins after that were were told that they only found the device that we were promised that it’s not easy to be taken out when requested to see the device they told us it’s not possible. What proof do we have that it was really found? When we took the tracker we were promised that that’s what make it different to other tracking devices..... If tracking companies cannot find our cars then why are we paying . I referred a lot of people to this nonsense company
