Beame matrix destroying my life, worse Cartrack service

I'm very much disappointed by beame company. I joined this company in 2017 until July 2023, I was paying every month not even aware that I'm paying for a dead device, until early July 2023 when my battery was ******. I tried calling the matrix for the longest time without any help. The following day I called again and I was told that there was nothing they can do since my device was not even working since its lifespan is only three years. I immediately cancelled my services with the company and I was promised cancelation letter. And they only sent the letter early October. To my surprise I was expected to pay for July until September. First of all I cancelled the device immediately in July. Secondly I was told the device was dead, why would I pay for something that's not working. Third, July I installed a new car tracker and I was paying another company with a working device. I have been harassed for R495 for a long time, trying to explain that I don't owe you anything does not help. Now I'm told that Nimble credit solution has my case now and my credit score is being affected. I regret doing business with matrix. I just need my name cleared.
