Matrix vehicle tracking - My Beame unit has been low battery since November and I informed them that I need a replacement unit. They rep**** to my email a week later stating they will get in touch and arrange a date for new unit to be installed. Low and behold, a month later and have not heard a peep. I have been paying my debit order, but have no service from their side. You contact them on the call centre number and it just rings for days. No one answers. I have not received an email back since responding to their reply. I want to cancel my unit but cannot get anyone to answer the phone so that I can cancel this thing.
