Beame devices are dead weight - no car, but still paying Beame since last year

I was hijacked last year - Beame could not trace the car from the onset. All along I thought I had a tracker while I had been caring a dead weight for 5 years instead.

Beame failed to locate the car and are still billing me every month since last year.
