I had my 1st tracker (Bemaer) via Mixtelematics in June/July 2014 on my audi A4, which I later sold and bought a new A3, Before pick up of my new A3 I called telemematic to do a transfer of the device and contract to the new car. Which they did, but only adding a new contract without explaining that I will be having two contracts as the device is not transferable. I am now stuck with 2 contracts for the same device on 2 cars that I only have one. I think its a cheap and sickening marketing strategy to lure us into paying for something we don't have as consumers. <br> I want all my telephonic conversation to be listened to and get the info of how I was lured into this sick contracts. How on earth do u get a consumer on a contract for a car that can easily be on an accident or easily exchanged. You will loose customers fast than you have existed if you keep such nonsense of business.
