Beam-e messed up my credit profile!!!

Beam-e ruined my credit score. I’ve been calling for two months now, being put on hold for endless amounts of time. When I do get help I get told that my record shows no missed payments, that the error is from their side and it will be fixed. Two months later and I’m still sitting with a ‘missed payment’ record for February month on my credit score. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and not once have I missed a payment (debit order) and now my credit score is suffering over their clerical error and no one it seems in that whole company knows how to rectify it. I’ve spent hours on calls with them, I’ve been asked to wait for changes to reflect on my credit record, I’ve been **** to. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider in my whole life. I worked too damn hard to build my credit profile to just lose it over a ‘clerical error’.
